Talk about a Grand Slam!

Dartmouth High student Brian Edwards was recognized as a Denny’s Hungry for Education Scholar, the restaurant chain announced this week.

Denny’s Hungry for Education is a scholarship program that recognizes and rewards students who show initiative and creativity in helping Denny’s bring communities together.

Edwards, selected by Partners for Youth with Disabilities, said he believes that Denny’s should “provide a place for communities to come together, volunteer their time to people in need, and encourage employees to volunteer on their own time.”
