Learn about the effects of screens on teens

On Thursday, Jan. 8, join Laura Gardner, teacher librarian at Dartmouth Middle School, for a discussion about the impacts screen time can have on the brains and health of kids and teens. On average, teens spend between seven to nine hours a day looking at screens.

Gardner will share research on the current landscape of teens and screens and will also offer smart usage strategies that are beneficial for both children and adults.

The presentation will be held at the North Branch Library and begins at 6:30 p.m.
