Dartmouth non-profit My Brother’s Keeper will hold a “pop your trunk” spring collection drive for new baby items and cleaning supplies on Saturday, May 14 from 10 a.m to noon.

The drive will be held at the My Brother’s Keeper building at 1015 Reed Road in Dartmouth. The organization’s Easton location will be accepting donations at the same time.

Donators can stay in their vehicles while staff and volunteers remove their donations with a pop of the trunk.

Specific items the group is looking for include: diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, handsoap, tooth paste/brushes, baby lotion, bar soap, disinfectant spray, and multi-surface cleaner.

The drive will support the organization’s work to help ensure parents of young children have the supplies they need.

Future drives will be held on June 25 (bed linens and towels), October 15 (Thanksgiving dinner items), and November 5 (new toys for Christmas program).

Since March 2020, My Brother’s Keeper has completed 39,500 deliveries and served over
130,000 children and adults, according to the organization.
