New Dunkin’ opens with donation, coffee giveaways

The town’s newest Dunkin’ is providing more than just coffee to the Boston Children’s Hospital campus in North Dartmouth.
To celebrate the grand opening of the new location at 465 Faunce Corner Road, franchise owner Robert Mongeon donated $1,000 to the hospital.
“We’re proud to support this wonderful organization,” he said. “Boston Children’s Dartmouth brings outstanding pediatric healthcare and speciality services within the Dartmouth community and around the South Coast.”
Along with the donation, business partner and Director of Operations Mike Lopes noted that the new franchise will also give away free coffee for a year to 100 lucky customers who visit between Sept. 25 and 30.
The new store is open daily from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
