Swift's Beach Real Estate, a long time presence in the Wareham real estate scene, was purchased by LaForce Realty recently, brokered by Bill Bachant.

While remodeling of the building has already begun, Bachant has no plans to radically change Swift's Beach Real Estate, other than to enhance its role in the popular neighborhood by creating a welcoming place to stop by and pick up info on our area, shop for a new home, sell your home, or look into a seasonal rental. All agents currently affiliated with Swift's Beach Real Estate will be staying on in some capacity.
