Saint Anne’s Hospital names Mark Ventura, MD, to board of directors
Fall River, Mass. – Mark A. Ventura, MD, urology specialist with Hawthorn Medical Associates, was recently named to the board of directors of Saint Anne’s Hospital.
A graduate of Boston University, Dr. Ventura earned his medical degrees from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He completed residencies in surgery and urology, including the position of chief resident in urology, at the University of Cincinnati. A native of New Bedford and a resident of Dartmouth, he has practiced in the Dartmouth area since 1996, including at Hawthorn Medical Associates since 2007.
A member of Saint Anne’s Hospital’s Credentialing Committee, Dr. Ventura is also a member of the American Urologic Association and the American Association of Clinical Urology. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
