Friends Academy will host a one-day, silent meditation retreat for adults on Saturday, Nov. 2 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The retreat is free and open to the public. Enjoy our beautiful campus and experience the benefits of meditation practice. We’ll provide the support you need to unwind, unplug, relax, and reconnect with yourself.
