Join Buzzards Bay Coalition as we explore The Acushnet Sawmill’s beautiful river wildlife by boat! Spot osprey, hawks, and colorful songbirds flying overhead, look for fish and turtles swimming the Acushnet River, and keep an eye out for foxes running along the shoreline - if you’re lucky, you may even see a river otter swim by!

Explorers with their own canoes or kayaks are encouraged to bring them. We have a limited number of canoes and kayaks to borrow, but please contact us in advance if you need to borrow one.

Please dress for the weather and bring life preservers if you have them.
