On ‘Family opens up’

To the Editor:

I can understand a family fleeing New York City for their home in Dartmouth, if it could be done safely. However, to go to the home of 70 year olds is unconscionable, as is their assertion that they didn’t infect anyone else. They left NYC willing to put their parents at risk, can we believe they drove here with masks and gloves on? Did they not stop for gas or to go to the bathroom, or buy coffee or stop at Shaw’s in town to buy groceries? They have no idea who they did or did not infect. Bet the kids now have antibodies.
