A New Bedford man wanted in connection with a number of felonies was taken into custody early Tuesday in Dartmouth.

Brian Iliffe, 19, was wanted on three outstanding felony warrants associated with robbery, home invasion, kidnapping, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and breaking and entering.

At around 6 a.m., Dartmouth Police detectives, in partnership with members of the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section, took Iliffe into custody. According to police, Iliffe was staying with a friend on Rogers Street.
