Coastal Neighbors Network welcomes new board members

Jun 28, 2022

Dartmouth-based nonprofit Coastal Neighbors Network has announced the addition of two new members to its board of directors.

The new members — Terry Cryan, of Dartmouth, and Tony Melli, of Westport — will bring important experience and expertise to the board, the organization said.

Cryan, a former public relations specialist, has been a volunteer at Coastal Neighbors Network since the organization began and will be able to help with fundraising efforts, management, and marketing.

Melli, meanwhile, will contribute his knowledge and experience with the Slow Food movement, which encourages the preservation of local food cultures and seeks to cultivate a greater interest in the food we eat.

Established in 2017 in Dartmouth, and run by volunteers, Coastal Neighbors provides members with a variety of services, including transportation to doctor appointments and the grocery store and help with small chores around the house.
