South Coast-based BankFive announced Wednesday that appointment of Dartmouth resident Edward Siegal to its Executive Committee.

Siegal first joined as a corporator for the bank in 2001 and has been on the Board of Directors since 2003. The South Dartmouth resident is also the chair of BankFive’s Talent & Compensation Committee and serves as a member of the Executive, ALCO, Nominating & Governance and Strategic Planning committees.

Additionally, Siegal serves as an independent trustee for multiple trusts and is a partner for a firm that operates an 11-store hardware chain.
