The Dartmouth Grange will be serving traditional johnnycakes at its Johnnycakes Breakfast on Saturday, November 9 from 8 to 11 a.m. at its hall in Russells Mills Village, South Dartmouth.
Join the community breakfast and start your Saturday off right with a hearty New England meal served family style and made from local ingredients.
Breakfast will include johnnycakes and pancakes made from native flint corn ground at Gray’s Grist Mill in Westport, alongside bacon, hard-boiled eggs, maple syrup, preserves, and hot and cold drinks.
Also at the breakfast will be a table selling a variety of baked goods, beverages, and items from Gray’s Grist Mill, including johnnycake meal and pancake mix.
The cost is $10 for adults and $6 children. Proceeds will go to support the Dartmouth Grange.
