The One SouthCoast Chamber Women’s Forum and Expo is set to take place on Wednesday, March 5 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Rachel’s Lakeside at 950 State Road.

This annual event brings together accomplished professionals and aspiring women in business for a day of networking, learning and inspiration.

The event provides a unique opportunity for professionals to engage with industry leaders, discover new business opportunities and be inspired by women who have made significant contributions in their fields.

This year, the event will focus on addressing workplace burnout and offering practical solutions that will benefit both leaders and employees.

Cait Donovan, a burnout recovery coach and Southcoast native, is this year’s keynote speaker.

Donovan will present her talk, “Dismantling Burnout: Helping Leaders and Teams Overcome Burnout Together,” and offer insights on how to recognize burnout, foster a healthier work culture and implement strategies to prevent exhaustion in the workplace.

The expo will showcase Southcoast businesses, many of which are women-owned, and provides a valuable networking opportunity for attendees to engage with local entrepreneurs and discover new business connections.
