As required by the provisions of Chapter 148 of the M.G.L. as amended, a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. for the new application of Lansing Building Products, 965 Reed Road, Dartmouth MA 02747 to add 3,000 gallons of flammable fluids, Propane or LP gasoline, in aboveground storage tanks. Those interested in providing comments both oral and/or written may do so by attending this hearing, or by writing the Select Board, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth MA 02747.

Dear Abutter,

In conformity with the requirements of Section 22 of Ch. 166 of the General Laws (Ter.Ed.), you are hereby notified that a Public Hearing will be held at the meeting of the Select Board of the Town of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, on August 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in room 304, Town Hall, upon the petition of Eversource Energy to install a new JO pole to be labeled 153/69.5 on Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth. This will be to replace and relocate regulators across or under the following public ways of said town.
