Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Notice of Intent from Eduardo Macaroco to restore the unauthorized encroachment of the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and to resume construction of a previously approved new home, including a garage, driveway, septic and drainage systems, grading, and associated landscaping within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 98 Lot 23-5 or 4 Stonebridge Ln. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday June 25, 2024. The hearing concerns an “Application to Modify, Amend, or Rescind an Approved Definitive Subdivision Plan” for the Definitive Subdivision entitled “Clarendon Estates”. The amendment seeks to remove a sidewalk in front of the following five lots: Assessor’s Map 160 Lots 122-12 (95 Clarendon Street), 122-13 (99 Clarendon Street), 122-14 (105 Clarendon Street), 122-15 (111 Clarendon Street) and 122-16 (119 Clarendon Street) due to impacts in drainage, damage from tree roots, and at the recommendation of the DPW. The plan was approved on 11/24/2008, and the developer of this approved plan is no longer involved in the development.
