NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Served Well Sail Loft LLC who is proposing the installation of a new wooden deck and a new grease trap tank in Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage on land described as Map 117/112 Lots 1/10 or 246 and 242 Elm Street in Dartmouth. The Conservation Commission has voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the 2023 legislation further extending the virtual option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 27, 2023. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
