Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Jonathan and Ariana Sligar to install a 24’ x 43’ sq-ft in-ground pool within the 100-ft Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland on land described as Map 66 Lot 2-5 or 1302 Reed Rd. The Conservation Commission voted in a Public Meeting to continue meeting virtually (via a Zoom Link) in accordance with the governor’s 2023 extension of the virtual/hybrid open meeting option through March 31, 2025. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday May 14, 2024.
