Notice is hereby given under M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5 (The Zoning Act) of a PUBLIC HEARING to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021. As the Town Office Building is closed to the public for meetings during the COVID-19 emergency per the Governor’s ban on public gatherings. The Governor has issued an emergency order allowing municipal boards to temporarily conduct their business through videoconferencing platforms. This public hearing will have no physical location but rather will only be held remotely through the Zoom application and will be accessible for live interaction by the petitioners and the public using:

The hearing concerns an “Application to Amend an Approved Definitive Subdivision Plan” entitled Dartmouth Business Park II, which created a nine (9) lot industrial park subdivision from a 41 acre tract of land located on Old Reed Road originally identified on Assessor’s Map 61 as Lot 5. The amendment concerns Tax Assessor’s Map 61 Lots 5, 5-9, 5-10, 5-11, 5-12, 5-13, 5-14, 5-16, 5-17, 5-18, 5-20, and 5-21.

Information regarding this project is on file in the Planning Board Office (Room 315), Town Office Building, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA and may be seen during regular business hours upon request of an appointment with the Planning Department.
