Low-cost golf opportunity available for Dartmouth kids

Jun 4, 2025

Young golfers in Dartmouth now have access to affordable rounds at Allendale Country Club thanks to a national initiative launched by Bank of America.

The Golf with Us program, created in partnership with the nonprofit Youth on Course, allows youth ages 6 to 18 to play rounds of golf for $5 or less at participating courses. Dartmouth’s Allendale Country Club is among the locations included.

Enrollment in the program, originally set to close in May, has been extended to June 15, 2025, and includes a free one-year membership to Youth on Course, courtesy of Bank of America. More than 75,000 youth golfers nationwide have enrolled so far.

In addition to low-cost rounds, the program provides participants with access to a registered handicap index, educational resources and development opportunities through Youth on Course.

The initiative is part of a broader effort by Bank of America to expand access to golf for youth across the country. It includes plans to fund the growth of municipal course participation and offer free instructional clinics in select markets.
