Come along for an afternoon of adventure at the Dartmouth Grange’s Pirate Dinner on Saturday, September 22 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Grange Hall, located at 1133 Fisher Road. Eighteenth Century interpreters Tea and Sea will do a cooking demonstration outside, which will be free to the public. Free Men Of the Sea, a crew of living history interpreters, will entertain and inform attendees.

Tickets can be purchased at Alderbrook Farm, and cost $35 for adults and $20 for children under the age of 14. Aspiring privateers are invited to add to the festivities and come in costume if they’d like. Rentals are available at Circa Vintage Wear on Court Street in New Bedford, and thriftier pirates can scrounge something up at home or Savers.
