Dartmouth recently completed its Fiscal Year 2022 property value assessments. Values increased on average between 7 and 12 percent.

The proposed assessments can be viewed at the Assessor’s office at 400 Slocum Road through Monday, Nov. 15.

The Assessor’s Office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The proposed values will also be available in PDF format on the town website at https://www.town.dartmouth.ma.us.

This disclosure period provides the opportunity for taxpayers to review their property data and proposed assessments.

The FY 2022 property assessments should reflect fair market value as of Jan. 1, 2021. These assessments are based on market activity that occurred during calendar year 2020.
