The Greater New Bedford Coin Club will be gathering to exhibit currency from the past on Sunday, Nov. 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The exhibit will take place at the VFW Hall at 281 Appleton St. in New Bedford. The show is open and free to the public.

Dartmouth's Dr. Patrick Curran, an avid coin collector, will be on hand to discuss the finer points of the displayed currency, including security features and counterfeiting.
