There will be a full day of activities in Onset Village on Saturday, July 1st (rain date, July 8th). Beginning at 10:00 a.m. at The Onset Pier, The 4th Annual Blessing of the Fleet will host a patriotic boat parade, complete with a blessing of your vessel by a local clergy member. To register your boat for this fun and family-friendly event, please email onsetbotf@gmail.com. After the Blessing we will have live music with emcee Carlston Wood and his band on the Town Pier. This will be followed by children's parades for bicycles, pets and doll carriages.This will also take place on the pier. Parents/Guardians may sign up their children for one or all of these parades at the Pier during the Blessing.

From 1-4 p.m. at the Bandshell, just across from the Town Pier, there will be a free concert with local favorites Pocketfull of Soul, digging deep into the library of all your favorite funk, soul and R & B tunes you will be sure to want to get up and dance to!

Enjoy some down time in the block party atmosphere before the fireworks which will take place after 9:00 p.m. Be sure to visit the Firework's Committee's merchandise booth on the corner of Onset and Union Avenues to make a purchase of some great Onset Beach t-shirts or perhaps a picket fence fish, artfully decorated by volunteers.
