Faculty from Dartmouth High and Greater New Bedford Voc-Tech will compete in a flag football game on October 19 at Voc-Tech, 1121 Ashley Boulevard in New Bedford.

The event is being organized to raise money for each school’s after prom, which provides seniors with a safe all-night venue after the conclusion of the senior prom, and includes games, dance, and food.

A tailgate party begins at 5:30 p.m., and kickoff for the game is at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $3 for students and $5 for adults. The event will include a pass and kick contest during half time. Seniors are invited to sit in the end zone and cheer on their home team.
