This two hour workshop will provide an overview of Healing Touch and your energy system, as well as practical tools to restore the body's underlying balance. Healing Touch offers effective and practical tools to increase well being and improve health outcomes. Attendees will examine how to apply this intervention in their own lives. This is an interactive workshop where you will learn and practice using these techniques. Participants will discuss how to integrate Healing Touch into their bag of self-care tools and learn to use these activities for their own benefit.
