No people were injured after a car caught on Fire Thursday around 7 p.m. on Brownell Avenue near Allen Street, according to Dartmouth Police.

Both police and firefighters responded to the scene where they found the car engulfed in flames. Police later determined the vehicle was not registered and was also uninsured. The driver of the car, whose name has not been released, was driving on a suspended license and has two warrants.

It is unclear how many people were in the car, what the warrants are for or whether any charges were filed.
