Revel in local retail and entertainment at Padanaram fest

The streets of Padanaram will soon be filled with people – and not just seasonal tourists, but people enjoying the sights and sounds of the annual Padanaram Summer Festival.
The festival will be held on Saturday, July 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.
Dozens of vendors will line Elm street in Padanaram village selling all manner of hand-made goods, arts and crafts and even hosting some activities, such as cornhole.
This year’s event will also bring back the Kids Zone, which is where youngsters can set up tables and sell hand-made crafts, just like the grown-ups.
The Kids Zone will be in a new location this year, located at the Milbury parking lot on the corner of Bridge and Elm Street, and will be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
At 10:30 a.m. there will be a performance by Motion Dance Studio.
From 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. the Toe Jam Puppets will be performing at Gibson Sotheby’s Int’l Realty, located at 384 Elm Street.
At 12 p.m., there will be a performance by Dancer’s Edge.
Milbury will be hosting its first annual dog show in its parking lot from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. DJ music will be played by Anj Kepinski at the corner of Seaward and Elm Street.
