Twenty-five years ago, a small group of Wareham residents decided that the land, waterways, and open spaces of this town were worth fighting for. This June, we are celebrating everything that has grown from that decision, and we would love for you to be there.
The Wareham Land Trust invites you to join us on Friday, June 5th at the Rosebrook Event Center for our 25th Anniversary Gala, an evening of live and silent auctions, hearty hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, and a live band with dancing to follow. Attire is dressy casual, and the doors open at 6 PM.
Auction highlights include a kayak donated by Go Bananas, a week in Burwash, England, a handcrafted charcuterie platter by Frost Bottom Studio, and an oil painting by local artist Christy Lague, among many others.
All proceeds support our work to conserve, care for, and connect our community with the land we all share. Tickets are limited and selling fast, we hope to see you there.
