Friday, February 3

Honor Martin Luther King, Jr.

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. at the campus's Woodland Commons building. This year's keynote speaker is Donovan Livingston. Tickets are available at the university's Office of Diversity and Inclusion, Foster Administration Building Suite 324, or by calling (508) 999-8008. Relax with food and friends.

The Dartmouth Grange will host its monthly Film & Potluck series at 6:30 p.m. This month’s film is a 89-minute documentary about queer farmers, titled “Out Here.” It will feature farms from all over the country, urban, rural, for profit and non-profit, run by individuals, groups of friends, and queer families.

Bring a potluck dish to feed at least four. The event is free and open to the public. The Grange is located at 1133 Fisher Road.

Sunday, February 5

Give a hoot.

The Lloyd Center's annual Owl Prowl will take place 3:30-8 a.m. Participants will start at the Lloyd Center and trek to several locations in search of screech, giant horned, and barred owls. Snot rocket like Tom Brady.
