The Alzheimer’s Association will host a presentation on communication strategies for dementia caregivers on April 30, 1 p.m. at the Dartmouth Council on Aging, 628 Dartmouth St.

The program will explore how communication takes place when someone has dementia, teaches strategies to decode verbal and behavioral messages and will help caregivers connect and communicate through all stages of the disease.
