Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary is hosting a free beach ramble along the Beach Loop trail for children aged 5 to 17 on Labor Day, Monday, September 3, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Ramblers will explore different habitats and their inhabitants at the sanctuary from the grassland meadow to the sandy beach. You never know what you'll find! Dress for an outdoor hike and please bring water, sunscreen and bug spray. Binoculars, scopes and cameras encouraged.
