The South Coast Chamber Music Series’ 2019-2020 concert schedule has been released. 

Musicians from the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra (NBSO) will perform in all of the chamber concerts in Dartmouth and Marion, bringing their unique artistry and energy to the popular series.

The concert series begins on the weekend of September 28-29 with NBSO winds delivering a “Wind City” concert. The next concert will feature two large piano quintets with “Take Five” on November 23-24. 

Concerts continue into the new year on January 25-26 with Beethoven to celebrate his 250th birthday. On March 28-29, two Baroque solos will give way to trio power with “Three’s a Crowd.” 

The final concert of the season is on May 16-17, and is called “Hopscotch.”

Saturday concerts are at 4 p.m. at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, 124 Front Street, Marion. Dartmouth concerts are held on Sundays at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 351 Elm Street, South Dartmouth.
