The Town of Dartmouth's annual tree lighting event is scheduled for Dec. 6.

The festivities will run from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Dartmouth Middle School cafeteria and the parking lot in front of Town Hall.

There will be a D.J., coloring contest, face painting, bingo, prizes and more. There will also be a visit from Santa.

Participants are encouraged to bring a canned good for donation.
