The Council on Aging is hosting its first Day at the Beach from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jones Park, 66 St. John St.

Free exercise classes will be held in the morning, with tai chi with Joe at 9 a.m., yoga with Nanci at 10 a.m. and conditioning with Cam at 11:15 a.m. followed by a cookout with disc jockey at 12:30 p.m.

Tickets for the cookout are $5 and are available at the Dartmouth Council on Aging, 628 Dartmouth St. A shuttle bus will run continuously from the center to the park.
