Applications are open for the Westport Art Group’s annual scholarships, and Dartmouth seniors are eligible to apply.

The group is offering scholarships of $1,500 each to two seniors from Dartmouth, Westport, or Tiverton who are interested in pursuing higher degrees in visual arts.

The students must be seniors enrolled in one of the three towns’ high schools, or in one of three regional high schools — Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Tech, Diman Regional Vocational Tech, or Bristol County Agricultural.

Students awarded scholarships will also get the opportunity to exhibit their work in the Westport Art Group gallery.
