Karen Enroth, the owner of a North Dartmouth franchise of the Spherion Staffing and Recruiting company, was recently honored with an award from the national company for top sales growth at its annual meeting.

Enroth was able to rise to the top of Spherion’s more than 200 offices and achieve the milestone for revenue growth in 2021 despite pandemic related workforce challenges.

“This award means a lot to both myself and our entire office in North Dartmouth. We are so grateful to our team, our clients, and the community for supporting us to this achievement,” said Enroth. “We’re starting off 2022 strong and excited to see what’s to come this year!”

Rebecca Rogers Tijerino, president of Spherion, praised Enroth’s work after the annual meeting which was held in Las Vegas in late March.

“Our 2022 national meeting provided a fantastic opportunity to once again gather as a community and reflect on our growth while learning and preparing for the year to come,” she said. “We certainly had a lot to celebrate, including dedicated franchisees like Karen who continue to make Spherion the incredible organization it is today.
