The Dartmouth Police department is investigating a crash that led to the death of a Fairhaven resident on Saturday night.

Police were called to the 1200 block of Old Fall River Road just before 11:15 p.m. for a report of a crash involving a Jeep.

A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Alex Paulino, 25, of Fairhaven, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the driver and another passenger were taken to Rhode Island Hospital to be treated for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

No further information or details regarding the crash are currently available and the crash is under investigation.
