Find inner peace at mindfulness and meditation program

The Bridge: A Center for Hope and Healing will host a four-week course focused on using mindfulness and meditation to find inner peace, quieting the soul, calm anxiety, and live in the present.

Topics which will be covered include learning to quiet the mind, create confidence, and replace negative thought patterns. Meditation techniques will be taught to improve mental clarity and overall well-being.

The course is designed to create a mindset of peace to carry into any life situation. It is open to everyone, regardless of meditation experience level.

Austin Pereira, an energy medicine practitioner, will lead the course. Group discussion is encouraged and everyone’s voice will be heard. The only thing that is required is to come to class with an open mind and a sense of optimism.

The program is $60 for all four sessions and will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, January 15, 23, 30, and February 6. Call (508) 997-0903 for more information.
