GALLERY: Dartmouth's Christmas memories from 2015

Dec 25, 2015

In the weeks leading up to Christmas night, Santa Claus was spotted all around town.

Whether he was at the mall waving at shoppers, dropping by the senior center for pancakes or riding a Harley at the local motorcycle shop, Kris Kringle met with many residents, all presumably on his good list.

This collection is a small sampling photographs from the numerous activities that happened around town in celebration of the holiday.

Not only did these numerous events give attendees an excuse to don a fuzzy, red and white hat, it also showcased the spirit of giving.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation provided a 6-year-old cancer survivor with a trip of a lifetime to Hawaii. The Ladies of Harley teamed up with New Bedford-based anti-bullying program Safe Zones to fill a bus with toys. Proceeds from the first-ever Holiday Craft Fair at the YMCA will help children from low-income households participate in the Y's programs.
