NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. on the petition of John Romanelli who is seeking a Variance to reduce side yard setback from the required 15’ to 5.6’ and increases lot coverage beyond the maximum of 50% allowed to 52.35% in order to build an attached 672 sq.ft. ADU to the existing single family dwelling. The lot was created as part of the Woodford Estates Subdivision Plan endorsed on September 24, 1990, with 15’ side-rear and 20’ front setbacks. (Article 375-10.4.F (Development Standards) The property is located at 14 Galleon Drive in the General Residence District) and identified on Assessor’s Map 132 Lot 48-65.
