The Buzzards Bay Coalition and Anchor Yoga will host a mindfulness walk through Parsons Reserve on May 18, 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
During the event, Jessica Webb, owner of Anchor Yoga, will lead a walk through the reserve along with guided mindfulness meditation. The intent is to allow participants to experience nature with senses wide open.
The walk will be conducted at a deliberately slow pace and mindful pace in social silence, without digital devices. All fitness levels are welcome to attend. Those attending should wear appropriate footwear for a walk through nature.
