The Dartmouth Historical and Arts Society will host a lecture called "The Trolley Car Lines of Dartmouth" on October 9 at 6:30 p.m. at the Russells Mills Schoolhouse, 1205 Russells Mills Road.

Paul E. Levasseur will host the presentation. The local historian specializes in studying the history of local transportation, and will he will share what he has learned about Dartmouth's former trolley lines and vehicles.

Refreshments will be served at the lecture. A $5 donation to support schoolhouse projects is suggested.
