The SouthCoast Humane Society and Shelter needs linens.

From now until June 29, the animal shelter is asking for the public's help in donating blankets, coats, clothing, sheets and towels.

Savers Thrift Store has also partnered with the shelter, agreeing to donate money for every pound of items collected.

The SouthCoast Humane Society and Shelter said that it is able to provide food, accommodation, and care to pets in need thanks to the ongoing support of the community.

Donations will be accepted at the Humane Society and Shelter on 31 Ventura Drive in North Dartmouth from 12:30 to 5 p.m. through Saturday.
