The Humane Society and Shelter SouthCoast is seeking Easter gift basket donations from area businesses, schools, organizations, or individuals to display at the shelter before the annual Easter Extravaganza on Saturday, April 1.

The baskets will be raffled off during the event, which will also offer photos with the Easter Bunny, which cost $10 each. The photo session will run from 2 to 4 p.m.

To donate a basket, drop it off by Friday, March 10 at the shelter at 31 Ventura Drive. The animal shelter is open between 12:30 and 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Those who want to enter the raffle can purchase 10 tickets for $10 or $20 for 26 tickets. For more information, call the shelter at (508) 995-6661.

A live-streamed raffle drawing will take place on April 1 at 4 pm. 

Individuals do not need to be present to win.
