The Town of Dartmouth, (Awarding Authority), is seeking Electronic Bids from qualified Contractors for the demolition of the existing 2-1/2 story, approximate 21,000 square foot former Police Station Building including the two outbuildings and filling in and fine grading and planting grass on the site when demolition is complete. Bidding procedures and award of Contract are subject to the provisions of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGL), as amended, including Chapter 149, §44A to §44M inclusive; and applicable sections of MGL Chapter 30, and the regulations established by the Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
