Request for Proposals are being sought by the Town of Dartmouth for Leasing the Russells Mills Library Building located at 1205 Russells Mills Rd, Dartmouth. Proposals will be received in the Office of the Select Board, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on September 16, 2022 and at that time publicly opened and read aloud.

Information is available at the Select Board’s Office, Room 303 Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, and may be seen upon request during regular business hours. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals received and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town of Dartmouth.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting will be held in accordance with the provisions of the Dartmouth Wetlands Protection Bylaw and M.G.L., Ch. 131, §40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the Request for Determination of Applicability from Patrick & Stephanie McConnell who wishes to construct a garage and porch addition to an existing house, with associated grading and utilities in the 100-ft. Buffer Zone to Land Under Water (Lake Noquochoke) on land described as Map 171, Lot 65 or 15 Sherbrooke Road in Dartmouth. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 in person and in Room 315 at the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road in Dartmouth and all interested parties should be present at that time.
