DARTMOUTH FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1, through its Prudential Committee, invites sealed bids for the Dartmouth Fire District No.1-Fire Station Addition - Renovation, in accordance with the documents prepared by BREWSTER THORNTON GROUP ARCHITECTS, LLP.
The project consists of but is not limited to:
The demolition of the existing administration building and complete construction of the proposed new two-story building with administration offices, training room, dispatch, kitchen and bunk rooms. Additional work includes renovations and improvements in the existing apparatus bay, site work and utility work.
The work is estimated to cost $6,400,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
