The hearing concerns an application for a Special Permit for a reduction in parking spaces for the addition of an outpatient facility to the existing behavioral health hospital located at 581 Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Assessor’s Map 68 Lot 28) brought forth by Pablo Dahbura on behalf of Crunk Engineering, LLC. The proposed project is being reviewed under both Special Permit and Site Plan Review applications. The applicant’s special permit request is for a reduction in the required parking spaces. Crunk Engineering, LLC prepared the application.
