Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. on the petition of Henry Dormitzer, Trustee who is seeking a Special Permit construct an accessory structure with a wet bar and bathroom to service the proposed in-ground swimming pool. The cabana is 14x24 (336 sq. ft.) with 1 open room and small bathroom with exterior shower. (Article 8 Section 375-8.3 B(1) (2). The property is located at 5 Narragansett Street in the Single Residence B and identified on Assessor’s Map 100 Lot 18. The hearing concerns an application for a Special Permit for a reduction in parking spaces for the addition of an outpatient facility to the existing behavioral health hospital located at 581 Faunce Corner Road, Dartmouth, Massachusetts (Assessor’s Map 68 Lot 28) brought forth by Pablo Dahbura on behalf of Crunk Engineering, LLC. The proposed project is being reviewed under both Special Permit and Site Plan Review applications. The applicant’s special permit request is for a reduction in the required parking spaces. Crunk Engineering, LLC prepared the application.

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Ch. 44B section 5(b) 1, the Community Preservation Act, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on proposed projects recommended for Town Meeting action by the Community Preservation Committee. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 315 of the Dartmouth Town Hall, 400 Slocum Road, Dartmouth, MA. All interested parties should be present at that time.
